Skansen, Stockholm.

SKANSEN2IMG_2796 IMG_2797IMG_3655IMG_2798 SKANSEN 1IMG_3609IMG_3676My family and I visited Skansen on our last misty morning in Stockholm. Skansen is located on one of the islands in the archipelago that makes up Stockholm, and it is advised as a ‘must see’, so of course we obliged. Skansen demonstrates old Sweden, complete with fully functioning traditional bake houses and coffee shops. We stumbled across one which appeared to have jumepd right out of a scene from Disney’s Frozen – the “Yoo hoo, big summer blowout’ scene to be precise – with burning wood fire and fur pelts to keep you warm. Skansen also houses a zoo, where I whitnessed my first Elk. A great day.

London Brunch

RECOMMENDING |  Brunswick House Cafe Restaurant at Lassco

I visited Lassco today and had some brunch at their Brunswick House Cafe.

Lassco Brunch

Eating bacon sandwiches with spicy ketchup set in a crumbling Georgian townhouse, complete with cool cuban vibes. Lassco is totally worth exploring as well if you like yourself some architectural salvage.
